- Mix everything together in a big bowl.
- Press the mix onto a silicone tray, cake, or bread pan. I saw silicone because they’re easier to ‘unstick’ that way but if you don’t have any silicone bakeware, just use a regular brownie pan or tray lined with parchment paper.
- Leave to set in the freezer for an hour.
- Slice and munch – or keep refrigerated and munch later.
