Low Carb Faux Popcorn
If you love popcorn, here's you a replacement snack that tastes like popcorn but much better.
- Melt the butter
- Break the cauliflower into small florets and spread in a single layer on a plate
- Microwave just until hot but not cooked
- Pour the melted butter over the cauliflower
- Add the taco seasoning
- Mix gently and eat.
