Mini Cheese Balls
Small yet delicious bites of cheese that will knock your socks off.
- Cream Cheese - 1 pkg
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 2 Cups
- Fresh Chives - 2 Tbls
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp
- Black Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 Tsp
- Cheese Puffs - 2 Cups
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, chives, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well with electric mixer or wooden spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.
Place cheese puffs in food processor or blender. Process to fine crumbs. Place in small shallow bowl and set aside.
Prior to serving, remove cheese mixture from refrigerator. Roll heaping tablespoons into balls and coat in cheese puff crumbs. Serve with pretzel sticks or crackers.
